Item: Puerto Cabello Premium Milk Chocolate

Country of Origin: Germany, made with Venezuelan chocolate.
Yum Factor: 6 of 10 (This was pricey for something that was just pretty good chocolate. Maybe I’m getting spoiled, but I thought it could use a creamy filling. The ingredients included “chocolate liquor” but it gave me no inflated sense of self-esteem.
