crunch

Tomorrow is the big day at work, the event that we’ve been working on for weeks.  I’ve spent all morning printing, collating, stapling, and generally organizing materials.  I just looked down at my clock and was pleasantly surprised at how productive I’ve been, practically finishing before lunch.  Then I realized: I hadn’t opened my internet browser yet.

Make of that what you will.

Tomorrow’s blog share day, so I’ll be posting something anonymously on some other blog, and an anonymous blogger will be posting here, provided I get the materials before I hit the road.  After that, I hope to be back with regularly scheduled time-wasting.

  1. How do you get involved in the blog shares? I’d be interested to participate some day in one…when my blog is all grown up and such.

  2. Sounds like work is getting in the way of your blogging. Good luck with that. :)

You’re busy tomorrow…So you won’t have the big wasted time that the rest of us have reading about 40 participating blogs. Good for you.

  3. I was considering doing the blogshare, and then slacked, and just didn’t get around to it, oh well, next time. Looking forward to reading the anonymous post tomorrow.

  4. Good luck tomorrow!

  5. Hope you have a good crunch day today!

  6. I often wonder how much more productive I’d be (both at home and work) without the Internet. Good work finding out for us.

And to Erikka (in case Noelle doesn’t have time to reply to comments), Blog Share is something -R- at And You Know What Else is organizing. (You can find her in Noelle’s blogroll or mine.) She’s got a link in her sidebar right now to a post that explains it all.

Good luck tomorrow at work! And I can’t wait to try to pick out everyone’s anonymous posts tomorrow.

  8. I was so productive yesterday when my internet access was down. Funny how that happens.

    Good luck!

  9. Blogshare sounds interesting! Hope your event at work turn out great!

  10. Productivity is very overrated. If everyone were productive, imagine how many more people would be jobless. Do your part for the community, slack off a bit, okay?

  11. I am so down with Deb’s comment. I must’ve created two or three jobs for the economy today.

    The economy. Ha.

    Good luck tomorrow!

  12. I’m addicted to checking my email. My work is just so boring at the moment.
