When I was a kid, one of the awesomer parts of Christmas was the week between Christmas and New Year’s when you sit around the house and play with all your new toys. If I had known that years later, in 2006, I would have to get up at six in the morning the day after Christmas to drive from my parents’ cozy house in New Jersey to get to work by eight, I would have never agreed to this whole growing up thing.
